Under the umbrella of American Consolidated Industries, we own and operate our own steel service centers and trucking, eliminating the middleman markups to deliver exceptional quality and value to our customers. We control all aspects of tube manufacturing process, from sourcing the steel to your specification to providing complex, tight-tolerance fabrication services like high-speed length cutting, laser cutting, and bending.

We’re a mid-sized company with 3 steel service centers and 2 steel tubing facilities. Although we operate like most corporations, ACI is a family-owned business and that shows through in our people-centric culture.

Just about anything is possible with our next-gen BLM LaserTube LT7. It ensures perfect cuts, notches and more on straight and bent steel tubes.

Precision Tube Bending

Precision bends and consistent quality on even the most complex parts is a given with our 2 state-of-the-art BLM Elect 102B tube benders.

Precision High-Speed Cutting

Our automated precision high-speed saw (the high-tech Rattunde ACS 105 + BDM) provides comparable quality to our tube laser at a more affordable cost.
